Because our products are personal-care cosmetics, all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, and except where the law requires otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used items back.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact form (subject 'Report an Issue') with your order number and a photo.
We will send a replacement or a full refund of the product price, and we will refund the original shipping for that item. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask.
