Returns, refunds, and damaged items
Because our products are personal-care cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used items back. All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, and except where the law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact form (subject “Report an Issue”) or at [email protected], with your order number and a photo. We will provide a replacement or a full refund of the product price, and we will refund the original shipping for that item. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask.
If we cannot ship your order
If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you and you may choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund; if you do not agree to a delay, we will refund you automatically.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we approve the claim.
