You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time, and it takes about a minute.

Go to carolinewinters.com/tools/recurring/login

Log in with the email address you used to order. If you do not have a password, choose Get a login link and we will email you a secure link.

Open the subscription you want to change.

Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

You can also skip a single delivery, change how often it arrives, or pause it from the same screen if you would rather not cancel outright.

Prefer we do it for you? Email [email protected] from the address on your order and we will cancel it and confirm by reply. We will not ask you to call, and we will not ask you to explain why.

When cancellation takes effect: cancelling stops future charges. If a payment for your next order has already been taken, that order will still ship. Contact us and we will help.
