How does Caroline Winters subscription work?

Our subscription lets you receive your favorite products automatically on a schedule you choose. Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel, and the recurring price and frequency are shown before you subscribe and in your account. You can manage, skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.


How do I start a subscription?

Select the Subscribe & Save option on a product page, choose your delivery frequency, and add it to your cart. Complete checkout as usual - your subscription starts automatically.


What products are eligible for subscription?

Products designed to be used up and replaced over time - such as lipsticks, lashes, makeup sponges, nail products, and other consumable beauty essentials. If a product is eligible, you will see the 'Subscribe & Save' option on its product page.


Do I pay shipping on every subscription shipment?

Shipping fees apply to each subscription order unless otherwise stated or covered by a promotion. Any shipping costs are shown before checkout.


How do I change my shipment date?

Anytime from your account dashboard under My Subscriptions.


What are my delivery options?

Choose your preferred frequency (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months) when you set up your subscription. Options may vary by product.


What savings do I get?

Subscribers enjoy exclusive savings compared to one-time purchases; the exact discount is shown on each product page when you select the subscription option.


Can promo codes be applied to subscriptions?

Promo codes cannot be applied to subscription orders; subscription pricing already includes exclusive savings.


When will I be billed?

You are charged automatically before each scheduled shipment. The recurring price and the exact billing date are shown in your account under My Subscriptions.


Can I return or exchange my subscription order once received?

Subscription orders follow our Returns & Refund Policy: all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, which we will refund or replace.


How do I skip a subscription order?

Skip your upcoming order from your account dashboard with one click.


How do I edit my details?

Update your shipping address, payment method, and subscription settings anytime under My Details.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime, with no fee, from your account dashboard (the same way you signed up) or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date (shown under My Subscriptions). Once cancelled, no future orders will be processed.


If I cancel my subscription, is my current order cancelled as well?

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped. For help with a current order, contact us.
