Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse.


How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 1 PM CST may ship the same business day. During peak periods and public holidays, higher volumes may extend processing times.


How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Which carriers do you use?

We ship using trusted courier partners, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on location and service availability.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. We may offer free-shipping promotions from time to time; eligibility is shown at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except that we refund original shipping on items that arrive damaged or defective.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping details. An incorrect address may cause your package to be returned, delayed, or require additional reshipping fees.


What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or misdelivered?

If your order is lost or damaged in transit (before it is marked delivered), contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will reship or refund it. If an incorrect address was entered, the courier may mark it 'Return to Sender'; once it is back with us we will help reship (additional fees may apply). Once a package is confirmed delivered to your address, we are not responsible for theft from your property - but if tracking shows 'Delivered' and you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or building management and contact us, and we will help you investigate.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact form with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Please keep the item and its original packaging so we can review the issue. Once approved, you will receive a refund or replacement, and we will refund the original shipping for that item.


How long does it take to receive a replacement?

Approved replacements are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after confirmation, following standard shipping timelines.


Do you offer express or scheduled delivery?

At this time we do not offer scheduled or selectable express shipping. All orders ship via our standard service.


What can cause delivery delays?

Weather, carrier operational issues, peak seasons and holidays, and unexpected logistical disruptions. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


How can I contact customer support about my order?

Use our Contact form - you can submit inquiries and attach photos, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
