Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve the claim.

Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit on your statement, so allow a little longer before worrying.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still cannot see it, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it with our payment provider.
