LUXE CONTOUR LIP LINER. Start at the centre of your top lip and work outward in short strokes rather than one long line. Line first, then fill the whole lip before adding gloss or lipstick. Filling the lip rather than only outlining it is what stops a visible ring as the colour wears.

HIGH SHINE LIPSTICK. One pass gives you the colour. A second builds it. Blot between passes if you want it to stay put longer.

LIP GLOSS. Wear alone for shine, or over a lined and filled lip for depth.

POWDER BLUSH. Tap the brush first so you are not applying the full load in one go. Build from the apple of the cheek toward the temple.

BRONZING POWDER. Follow where the sun would naturally fall: the top of the forehead, the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, the jaw. Use less than you think, then build.

ILLUMINATING HIGHLIGHTER. High points only. The tops of the cheekbones, the brow bone, the inner corner of the eye, the cupid's bow.

DOUBLE EFFECT MASCARA. Wiggle the brush at the base of the lashes, then sweep up. The curved brush is designed to hug the lash line, so let the shape do the work.

GLASS SHADOW. Apply with a fingertip for a soft wash, or pack it on with a flat brush for full sparkle. It builds, so start light.

MAGNETIC LASHES. Trim the band to your eye width before the first wear. Line up the magnets, then press together.

PRESS-ON NAILS. Clean the nail thoroughly first. Oil left on the nail is the usual reason a press-on lifts early.
