Sensitivity and patch testingUpdated a month ago

Everyone's skin is different, and a product that suits most people can still not suit you. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise otherwise.

BEFORE FIRST USE, especially if you react easily, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm, leave it 24 hours, and check the area before using it on your face.

CHECK THE INGREDIENT LIST FIRST if you have a known sensitivity. The full list for every shade is on the product page under INGREDIENTS.

IF YOU HAVE A REACTION, stop using the product and speak to a healthcare professional. Then contact us at [email protected] with the product name, the shade, the batch code printed on the carton, and what happened. We record every report we receive and we take them seriously.

WHAT WE WILL NOT SAY. We do not describe any product as suitable for sensitive skin or sensitive eyes, and we do not call anything hypoallergenic. There is no agreed standard behind those words and no cosmetic can honestly promise them. What we can do is publish every ingredient so you can make your own decision.

EYE PRODUCTS. Replace mascara a few months after opening rather than when it runs out, and never add water or any other liquid to loosen a drying formula. Both are the most common causes of eye irritation with any brand's mascara.
